PLU has decided to cancel some events, postpone others to be rescheduled and when possible move events to online and distance experiences, based on guidance from local, state and federal agencies in regards to Coronavirus prevention and care.

Before submitting a calendar listing, verify or reserve space using the Event Management System (EMS). You should receive an email confirmation that the space is available within a few days. After that, return to this page to submit your public calendar listing.
If your event, does not require a listing, proceed with just the EMS scheduler.
