Calendar Submission Process

Before submitting a calendar listing, verify or reserve space using the Event Management System (EMS). You should receive an email confirmation that the space is available within a few days. After that, return to this page to submit your public calendar listing.

If your event, does not require a listing, proceed with just the EMS scheduler.

To add an event to the PLU calendar please connect with your department’s web deputy.
