Students in French 210/310 have researched and selected French dishes and collaborated with Anthony McGinnis (PLU’s Executive Chef) and with Erin McGinnis (PLU’s Associate Vice President for Hospitality and Retail Services, Dining and Culinary Services), to bring you a tasty dinner full of history. French onion soup, ratatouille, cream puffs and more! Free to students with a meal plan. Bon appétit!
