Future Sounds is Choral Union's first educational outreach concert featuring Chamber Choir from the Tacoma Youth Chorus (Judy Herrington) and Chorale from Graham-Kapowsin High School (Jason Saunders). Both ensembles will have their own set on this concert to highlight their admirable musicianship.

Additionally, this concert will also feature a world premiere a new work by Ēriks Ešenvalds, Elevation. This is a new work, commissioned by Choral Union, honors the legacy of former Artistic Director, Richard Nance. Elevation is written for two choirs and tuned water glasses; for this premiere, Choral Union will be joined by Choir of the West (Brian Galante).
