About this Event
Pacific Lutheran University - Stuen Hall: 12180 Park Ave S, Parkland , WA 98447
This event invites students to explore identity through adornment and reflection. Participants will engage in intentional jewelry-making such as creating pieces tied to personal goals, values or identity and write letters to their past, future selves as a form of guided journaling and intentional goal setting. Alongside hands-on creation, students will learn about the historical role of jewelry as a form of identity, resistance, and survival across cultures. The evening centers on belonging across gender, race, and other aspects of identity, with food and access to campus and community resources that support ongoing reflection and growth.
