Mindful & Meditation Mondays (M&MM)

Mindful & Meditation Mondays (M&MM) will be every Monday morning from 8:30 to 9:30. It’s an early time slot for a Monday but the intention with this space is to start one’s week off with a self-check-in. M&MM will also act as a space for the community to foster sustainable self-care practices. Students will host this space which will allow the attendees to explore how mindfulness is explored for a variety of identities.
