Taking Care of Ourselves During Stressful Times: Tools for Working with Grief and Stress

We all experience pain from loss and stress. Join us as we learn tools for working with our stress and how to help our minds, bodies and souls move through feelings of loss.

Presented by Ruth Foster Koth, MSW, LICSW.  Ruth Foster Koth is a Clinical Social Worker at the University of Washington Medical Center.  In that setting she counsels patients in coping with chronic illness, emotional eating and managing complex medical systems.  She serves as a guest lecturer within the University of Washington's Schools of Medicine and Social Work for her expertise on cohesive group formation.  She maintains a small, private practice and has been a featured speaker nationally throughout the pandemic.
