Studying away can be a challenging experience, and often times we forget the most important thing – taking care of ourselves! This session will give an overview of self-care tips, while also providing an opportunity to hear how students have managed their mental health while studying away. The overall intention of this session is for students to build a set of strategies to manage anxiety and stress that they can utilize while studying away.
